A Night of Agave and Fire at the Stables
On May 7th, The Stables invites you to gather for an evening shaped by agave, citrus, and spice; a post–Cinco de Mayo celebration inspired by the flavors and culture of Mexico.
This guided tasting will feature a curated lineup of Don Julio tequilas, from crisp, vibrant expressions served neat to showcase the purity of the agave, to thoughtfully crafted cocktails that highlight their depth, spice, and subtle sweetness. Each pour is designed to reveal a different side of Mexico’s most iconic spirit.
Alongside the tequila, guests will enjoy a five-course menu inspired by the bold, regional flavors of Mexico. Expect dishes that balance spice and brightness and incorporate those ingredients which have made the region known for its exceptional cuisine.
Tickets are $149 per person, with limited seating available.
